Marketing Production Designer

Lola Digital Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Production Designer to join its sales team. This is a contract position that will require approximately 5-10 hours per week, starting ASAP and renewing on an ongoing basis. Must be available to work during the general working hours of Central Time. This is a remote position, but it would be a bonus if you are located in Minneapolis with the rest of our sales team for occasional in-office meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support sales team on creation of marketing materials
  • Creation of pitch decks, media kits and other sales support materials
  • Creating of in-house digital advertisements
  • Other design/marketing tasks as assigned
  • Other sales/marketing support tasks as assigned

Who You Are

In addition to experience and proficiency with the duties and responsibilities listed above:

  • Design skills with proven portfolio of work
  • Self-starter but takes direction well
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating presentations in MS Powerpoint
  • Experience creating digital display advertisements
  • Data and analytics skills¬†
  • Strong work ethic and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able and excited to keep up with a fast-paced media environment
  • Great communicator and team player (bonus points if you have experience working with remote teams)
  • Have reliable access to a computer and wi-fi to work remotely
  • Able to work during the general business hours of Central Time (bonus if you’re local to Minneapolis)
